Dr. Karen Lugo Morales — affectionately known as Dr. Lugo — is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with a lifelong passion for holistic healing. She is both a Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and a Licensed Massage Therapist, bringing over 25 years of experience in helping patients achieve balance, relief, and renewed well-being.

Dr. Lugo earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, in 2019. Her foundation in massage therapy began with her certification in 1999 from Soma Physical Fitness Institute in Puerto Rico, followed by additional training in 2006 at the Florida School of Holistic Bodywork in Florida.

From a young age, Dr. Lugo felt a deep calling to help others heal through the power of therapeutic touch. That same passion continues to guide her today as she blends chiropractic care and massage therapy to create customized treatments that relieve pain, reduce stress, and support long-term health.

Her approach is patient-centered, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that true wellness comes from restoring harmony to both body and mind.

Body Healers Chiropractic & Massage Therapy, LLC is expertly led by Dr. Lugo, who previously operated Body Healers in Puerto Rico and Body Healers International in Florida, both highly respected massage therapy institutions. She is committed to providing personalized, thorough care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, blending expertise with compassion.

This practice is also a heartfelt tribute to her late parents, whose love, guidance, and values continue to inspire her work every day. Their memory shapes the philosophy of care at Body Healers — emphasizing dedication, kindness, and the pursuit of overall wellness for all patients.
