Dr. Karen Lugo Morales, affectionately known as Dr. Lugo, is a proud Puerto Rican, born and raised in Puerto Rico. She is a licensed chiropractic physician and licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, relieve muscle tension, and support their overall well-being.
Dr. Lugo earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology Human-Approach from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) in 2014. She later earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, in 2019.
Her professional background includes more than 25 years of experience in massage therapy and therapeutic bodywork. Her education and training reflect a longstanding commitment to understanding the human body and helping others through therapeutic care.

2006 – Massage Therapy Training, Florida School of Holistic Bodywork.
2014 – Bachelor’s Degree, Biology Human-Approach, University of Puerto Rico (UPR).

Throughout her career, Dr. Lugo has remained committed to providing individualized, patient-centered care. By combining chiropractic care with therapeutic massage, she strives to help patients improve function, reduce discomfort, and maintain a healthier, more active lifestyle.
She previously operated Body Healers in Puerto Rico and Body Healers International in Florida. Today, through Body Healers Chiropractic & Massage Therapy, LLC, she continues her mission of providing personalized care in a professional and welcoming environment.
Her commitment to helping others is deeply rooted in the values she learned throughout her life. Her late parents remain an important source of inspiration, and their love and guidance continue to influence her dedication to compassionate care and the well-being of every patient.
